My ideal client (ages 12+) may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to start, but is ready to take small steps toward feeling better. You don’t need to have it all figured out—just a willingness to reflect, explore challenges and strengths, and take an active role in your healing. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to share your story, ease what’s been weighing on you, and discover healthier ways of coping—moving at a pace that feels right for you. Whether you’re navigating the ups and downs of middle school, the twists of high school, or the leap into young adulthood, I’m here to walk with you through it.
I use CBT and Motivational Interviewing, but always meet clients where they are. Sessions may involve processing emotions, skill-building, problem-solving, or even laughter—whatever feels authentic and supportive.
Clients are co-creators in their healing. Their role is to share, reflect, and try new tools, while I offer guidance and support. Together we celebrate small shifts, combining strengths to create meaningful and lasting change.
